Our Mission is to be committed to professional and detailed notarial services for the public and applicable business spaces wherever potential clients may need notary services, including real estate loan signings and related transactions, living trust & estate related delivery services, and general notary services.
Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Dean Eason-Williams is one of the few true Charlotte natives in a city full of newcomers. After graduating from Garinger High School, he left the state to attend college in Tennessee and later built his career in Alabama and California before returning home to North Carolina in 2007.
Dean’s career spans education, technology, and entrepreneurship. He has worked as a teacher, college instructor, content team manager for a tech startup, website designer, SEO specialist, and small business consultant. These experiences shaped his ability to communicate clearly, lead effectively, and help others grow, skills that define his work today as a notary professional and mentor.
Dean is a commissioned Notary Public under the North Carolina Secretary of State and the owner of NotaryCLT Signings™, a Charlotte-based mobile notary and nationwide signing service. He is a member of the National Notary Association (NNA), a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the Loan Signing System (LSS), and a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA). These credentials enable him to specialize in estate and real estate signings, helping attorneys, title companies, and families complete their signings accurately and efficiently in all 50 states.
He is also the founder of the Apex Mentorship™ Program, a nationally recognized professional development platform designed to help notaries build confidence, elevate professionalism, and grow their businesses. Through structured courses, workshops, and a supportive community, Apex Mentorship™ provides real-world training on estate and trust signings, profile optimization, LinkedIn strategy, AI integration, and more, all aimed at helping notaries thrive in a modern marketplace.
Dean is the author of From Trust to Transfer: A Practical Guide for Notaries Conducting Estate Signings, available on Amazon in Kindle, Audio, and Paperback formats. The book offers notaries practical language tools, signing insights, and ethical guidance for navigating high-trust estate planning appointments.
He operates NotaryCLT Signings™ and Apex Mentorship™ from his home office in Charlotte, where he lives with his husband and their three rescue dogs.
Dean and husband Jody enjoy cooking (especially grilling out on their self-built deck out back), playing Pokemon, and attending various events throughout the community. They enjoy the many events that Charlotte has to offer. One of the treasured activities they share together is working in the yard with earbuds playing various music. They purchased a home in 2012 and since then have completely renovated the entire two stories and the landscape in both the front and back yards. They both hail from a background in Information Technology so they tend to geek out on the latest gadgets and all-things . Alexa smart devices and over 150 voice controlled bulbs, plugs, and cameras are scattered all over the inside and outside. it seems their home is smarter than both of them combined.

"From Trust to Transfer: A Practical Guide for Notaries," is a practical guide for notaries who want to handle estate planning document signings. It helps notaries understand documents like trusts and powers of attorney, learn ethical ways to answer questions, and practice real-world signing scenarios and journal entries.
Available on Amazon in Kindle, Audiobook, or Paperback formats.
NotaryCLT Signings has developed a network of credentialed agents as a partnership with Estate Planners which removes a lot of the hassle in scheduling, providing witnesses, and so much more, helping the attorney streamline more of their practice while freeing them up to work with new or other clients.
