In order to provide Estate Attorneys with the certified Notaries with the elevated knowledge to conduct their signings, someone had to begin the search to connect the dots. We initially set out to service North Carolina. Then South Carolina came into play, and now, we've decided we could go nationwide!
NotaryCLT Services has access to credentialed notaries all over the country, via an encrypted and highly reputable platform.
If you are an Estate Planning Attorney or estate planning professional, we are happy to assist you with scheduling a highly qualified notary for all of your estate signing ceremony needs.
We work with estate attorneys and estate planning professionals by helping them achieve more time for their practice and growth, all while their current estate clients are handled with the same levels of professionalism and dignity as that of the attorney-client. We consider ourselves to be an extension of the legal partners who entrust us to serve their client. NotaryCLT Services™ does not take that trust lightly and therefore our credentialed notary trust delivery agents and witnesses are always professionally dressed, arrive early, and present themselves in a way our attorney and estate planning partners would desire. After all, we don't just deliver trust, we are "Certified to Deliver Trust" - for both our legal partners and their clients' estate signing ceremony.
We help estate Attorneys and planners facilitate many tasks once the client is ready to be taken into our care. We can help with a lot of the before, during, and post-signing ceremony. Here's some of what that entails, with more details in the sections below:

At NotaryCLT Signings™, we do more than notarize estate documents.
We deliver structured Estate Signing Ceremonies designed to protect your legal work, elevate your client experience, and ensure the final step in your estate planning process is executed with precision, dignity, and professionalism.
Professional support is not a separate add-on.
It is built into how we conduct every estate signing ceremony.
We intentionally use the term estate signing ceremony instead of simply “estate signing.”
The language matters.
An estate signing ceremony is the structured, respectful execution of estate planning documents conducted with intention, professionalism, and presence.
These are not ordinary documents.
These are people’s lives on paper.
They represent:
• A lifetime of work
• A family’s protection
• Medical wishes
• Financial decisions
• Legacy intentions
• End-of-life planning
The weight of that deserves reverence.
Referring to the appointment as a ceremony reinforces the solemnity of the moment and elevates the standard of conduct expected at the table.
The word ceremony signals:
• Structure
• Respect
• Dignity
• Order
• Intentionality
Estate planning documents are often signed during deeply personal seasons of life. Some clients are elderly. Some are facing illness. Some are planning ahead after loss.
A rushed, mechanical approach diminishes the gravity of what is taking place.
A structured estate signing ceremony acknowledges that this moment matters. It reflects the seriousness of the documents and the trust placed in the estate planning professional.
Professional presence is not simply showing up on time.
Being present means:
• Sensitive to the emotional context
• Empathetic without overstepping
• Calm and composed
• Attentive to family dynamics
• Aware of physical limitations of elderly signers
• Mindful of tone and pacing
• Focused on clarity and order
Presence means recognizing that this is not transactional. It is a defining moment in someone’s life planning.
A notary conducting an estate signing ceremony must carry a steady demeanor, maintain proper boundaries, and project professionalism at all times.
We coordinate directly with your client to schedule:
• Date
• Time
• Signing location
This reduces administrative burden on your staff while ensuring the ceremony is properly prepared and confirmed.
You focus on legal strategy.
We manage execution logistics.
When witness coordination is required and requested:
• We provide professional witnesses
• We use commissioned Notaries Public as witnesses
• We ensure punctual, properly identified, and professional participants
Using experienced Notaries as witnesses preserves decorum and reinforces compliance awareness throughout the estate signing ceremony.
When needed, we can:
• Print estate documents on premium 3-hole punched paper
• Ensure clean presentation suitable for binder assembly
• Maintain organized document sequencing during execution
The presentation of estate documents reflects your firm’s standards. We treat the physical documents with the same care as the legal work behind them.
After completion, we can:
• Scan executed documents
• Deliver them directly to your firm
• Use a secure, encrypted transmission portal
This allows your office to confirm execution promptly without relying on unsecured attachments or delayed delivery.
Security and professionalism remain consistent through completion.
When appropriate, we may encourage your clients to leave a review for your firm on your preferred platform, including:
• Social media channels
• Other review platforms you designate
We position this in a way that elevates your firm’s reputation while reinforcing the professionalism of the estate signing ceremony you created.
When you refer an estate signing ceremony to NotaryCLT Signings™, your firm’s reputation is connected to that experience.
You deserve confidence that:
• The notary understands estate document structure
• Professional boundaries will be respected
• Your authority as the drafting attorney will be protected
• The client will experience a calm, organized, dignified ceremony
Quality and professionalism are not optional in estate planning.
They are expected.

At NotaryCLT Signings™, we believe estate signing ceremonies should be conducted with:
• Reverence
• Professional discipline
• Emotional intelligence
• Clear boundaries
• Structured execution
Because these are people’s lives on paper.
And they deserve the utmost professionalism and presence possible.

Once the documents are executed and the Notary leaves with the package, the entire package will be scanned and either uploaded or emailed (or both if preferred) to the Attorney partner. This gives the attorney the ability to have workable (recordable) documents ready for filing or reporting, and a jumpstart in time without having to wait for the paper documents.

The document package will be securely and neatly placed in the shipping carrier packaging of the attorney's choosing. The prepaid lable will be attached and a receipt will be recorded with NotaryCLT Services Trust Delivery. We'll notify the attorney that the package was dropped and has started its return to the attorney.

We'll create posts to tag the attorney (or their firm) on our Social Media account(s) to share the great experience and partnership that is shared with the attorney, which helps boost both the visibility of the attorney!

Whenever you are ready to schedule the client, simply hand it over to NotaryCLT Services Trust Delivery™ and we'll handle it from there! We will schedule the estate signing ceremony according to your timeframe (usually 2-3 weeks out from the day you hand it over to us). We'll confirm if they are providing witnesses or if we should provide witnesses.

Some Attorneys prefer to not bother their clients with asking friends or neighbors to witness their estate signing. Some prefer the opposite so that the witness fee is waived. If you need witnesses provided we will pull from our personal witness pool comprised of Notaries Public. They will be scheduled for the date and time of the appointment, arriving 15 minutes before the start time.

The day arrives for the estate signing ceremony and so does the Notary (and witnesses if scheduled). The signers will have received a call 2-3 days in advance to remind them of the appointment. The Notary will call from their car upon arrival to let the signer know they have arrived. We'll try to park on the curb so as not to block their driveway.
