The Missing Puzzle Piece for Estate Planners

Estate planners talk every day about the hard questions their clients must face while designing, drafting, and executing estate plans and family trusts. NotaryCLT Signings has opted into adding to their loan signing services, a relatively new approach to estate and trust delivery:  CNTDA Credentialed Mobile Notaries. This is a network comprised of specifically credentialed Notaries Public who have undertaken the courework and training to become a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA). These independent Notaries are located in various states and additions are joining the ranks at a growing pace to provide wider coverage. This is one of the primary piececs missing that Estate planners and Attorneys have been looking for, and the cavalry is here! Scroll down to learn more or click the button below to call to discuss what all NotaryCLT Signings has to offer your estate planning practice via our  trust delivery services!

National Network of Certified Notaries

Witnesses for Estate Signing Ceremony

In order to provide Estate Attorneys with the certified Notaries with the elevated knowledge to conduct their signings, someone had to begin the search to connect the dots. We initially set out to service North Carolina. Then South Carolina came into play, and now, we've dedcided we could go nationwide!

NotaryCLT Signings Trust Delivery™  has access to CNTDA credentialed notaries all over the country, via an encrypted and highly reputable platform.

If you are an Estate Planning Attorney or estate planning professional, we are happy to assist you with scheduling a highly qualified notary for all of your estate signing ceremony needs.

Certified to Deliver Trust: Our CNTDA Network

What is NotaryCLT Signings Trust Delivery™ ?

We work with estate attorneys and estate planning professionals by helping them achieve more time for their practice and growth, all while their current estate clients are handled with the same levels of professionalism and dignity as that of the attorney-client. We consider ourselves to be an extension of the legal partners who entrust us to serve their client.  NotaryCLT Signings  Trust Delivery™  does not take that trust lightly and therefore our credentialed notary trust delivery agents and witnesses are always professionally dressed, arrive early, and present themselves in a way our attorney and estate planning partners would desire. After all, we don't just deliver trust, we are "Certified to Deliver Trust" - for both our legal partners and their clients' estate signing ceremony.

We help estate Attorneys and planners facilitate many tasks once the client is ready to be taken into our care.  We can help with a lot of the before, during, and post-signing ceremony. Here's some of what that entails, with more details in the sections below:

  • client scheduling least 2 weeks from the day we receive the assignment
  • We confirm valid IDs will be available for the signers - and ask if witnesses will be needed (in case anything changed since we got the order).
  • We keep the attorney informed at each step so they are aware of the progress.
  • We arrange for witnesses when requested, and we pull from a Notary Public witness pool whenever possible- and we pay the witnesses on the day of the ceremony for easier invoicing on the Attorneys
  • We arrive early the day signing ceremony, parking on the street when possible.
  • We check and check again before leaving the signing table to make sure all initials, dates, signatures, and notarizations have been correctly and completely on all the applicable pages of the packet
  • Once the appointment is finished, we still have tasks yet to complete such as scanning, uploading, emailing, and shipping the signed package to the attorney using their prepaid label, and again, keeping the Attorney in the loop.
  • We can also print the package from digital copies (secured cloud storage or legal portals), hole-punch the documents after the signing, or even hand deliver the signed package to the Attorneys offices. We're flexible! Let us know what other tasks you may desire and we'll look for ways to make. it happen!

Appointment Scheduling

Some Attorneys prefer to not bother their clients with asking friends or neighbors to witness their estate signing. Some prefer the opposite so that the witness fee is waived. If you need witnesses provided we will pull from our personal witness pool comprised of Notaries Public. They will be scheduled for the date and time of the appointment, arriving 15 minutes before the start time.

Signing Ceremony

The day arrives for the estate signing ceremony and so does the Notary (and witnesses if scheduled). The signers will have received a call 2-3 days in advance to remind them of the appointment.  The Notary will call from their car upon arrival to let the signer know they have arrived.  We'll try to park on the curb so as not to block their driveway.

Once the documents are executed and the Notary leaves with the package, the entire package will be scanned and either uploaded or emailed (or both if preferred) to the Attorney partner. This gives the attorney the ability to have workable (recordable) documents ready for filing or reporting, and a jumpstart in time without having to wait for the paper documents.
